The 5-day High Impact Learning Journey

DAY 01

Day 1 is designed to gently move students thinking, collaboration, and decision-making. Through powerful simulations and experiential challenges, students begin their journey by understanding how teams work, how strategies are built, and how leadership shows up in real situations.

Experiential simulations, team-based challenges, guided reflection.

Learning Outcome:

Learners develop core human skills including collaboration, leadership presence, emotional intelligence, and confident participation in team settings.

DAY 02

Day 2 shifts students into the world of opportunity, ownership, and action. Through a powerful business simulation and hands-on challenges, students learn how ideas turn into outcomes, and how real progress is made through smart decisions, collaboration, and initiative.

Learning Outcome:

Learners build strategic and execution skills by learning how to spot opportunities, assess risk, make decisions, and turn ideas into action.

DAY 03

Day 3 brings everything together. After learning how to work with others on Day 1 and how to act on opportunities on Day 2, students now focus on understanding how their own mind works. This day is designed to help students become more aware, creative, and effective thinkers.

Learning Methodology:

Structured thinking frameworks, guided group work, reflective practice.

Lateral and Creative Thinking Tools

Learning Outcome:

Learners strengthen critical, creative, and structured thinking, enabling them to analyse problems from multiple perspectives and improve decision quality.

DAY 04

By Day 4, students have learned how to work with others, how to take action, and how to think better. Now comes the most important layer of all: values, choices, and voice. This day helps students answer three powerful questions: What do I stand for? How do I make the right choices? And how do I speak up for myself?

Communication and Assertiveness

Learners develop ethical reasoning, values-based decision-making, and clear, confident communication in personal, social, and digital contexts.

DAY 05

The Finale is where everything comes together. Mentors from Masters’ Union work with students throughout the 5-day program to prepare them for the finale. Hosted by Masters’ Union, the finale is designed as a high-energy, Shark Tank-style startup experience, pushing students to think, build, and pitch like real founders.

HOAG Select Sessions

Day1: Team Building Activities by Allan Pinto

A hands-on collaborative ice-breaker activity that helps learners build trust, improve communication, and understand how effective teamwork drives better problem-solving and outcomes.

Day 2: Fireside Chat with Kiran Shesh and Honey Arora

An exclusive, face-to-face conversation on innovation and technology, giving learners the rare opportunity to interact directly, ask questions, and gain unfiltered insights from experienced industry leaders.

Day 4: Social evening

On the second last day, there will be a special, fun evening for students with live music, dance, and games, a chance for students to relax and celebrate together.

Extracurricular Activities

Along with the learning sessions, students will also enjoy: Access to facilities at Marinha Dourada Resort Students are free to use the swimming pool, board games and common areas during free time.

Batch 1: 

  • Start Date: 25th May
  • End Date: 29th May

Batch 2:

  • Start Date: 8th June
  • End Date: 12th June

Batch Timings: 10 AM to 5 PM

  • Program Fee: ₹67,999 + GST
  • Accommodation & Meals 

You can choose one of the two options below:

  1. Residential (Stay at the Venue)
    ₹2,900 per night
    For 6 nights: ₹17,400 (Inclusive of GST)
    Includes Accommodation and Meals (Breakfast , Lunch, High Tea, and Dinner)
  1. Non-Residential
    ₹5,000 /- (Inclusive of GST)
    Includes Lunch and High Tea for 5 days
    Accommodation and Transportation to be managed independently.
  • ₹10,000 to be paid to HOAG at the time of Registration 
  • Balance Program Fee Payment to be done within 30 Calendar Days after Registration 
  • Program Fee is non refundable 
  • All payments towards Accommodation and Meals to be made directly to Marinha Dourada Resort. (Subject to Hotel Policies)

  • Fixed-time Coach transfers from both Goa airports to Marinha Dourada Resort

Education: Open to students in classes 6-12. 

Medium of Instruction: English; aspirants must possess at least B1-level proficiency. 

Students must commit to full program attendance, adhere to program guidelines, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and collaborate

Does the learner need prior knowledge of the subject?

Not at all! Most courses are designed for curious minds, with no prior expertise required. It’s all about opening doors to new worlds of knowledge and new ways of learning. 

While we encourage learners to immerse themselves fully, parents can visit during designated hours with prior approval. Trust us, your child will thank you for giving them the space to grow, learn, and explore. 

Of course! Learners are supported and monitored by mentors, counsellors (1:20 ratio), and advanced technology throughout the program, creating a safe and nurturing environment.

Once you’ve enrolled, we’ll share a detailed checklist. Essentials like notebooks, clothing, and personal items will be on it. We also recommend learners set aside their gadgets and embrace the transformative immersion experience designed by HOAG and Masters’ Union.
