HOAG began with a vision to transform learning in India beyond traditional rote learning to embrace creativity and real-world exploration. Founded on the principle of bringing Ivy-league-quality learning to India, HOAG emerged from discussions with experts who recognised the need for critical thinking and hands-on learning.
Through a partnership with iHub DivyaSampark, IIT Roorkee, HOAG creates a space where academic excellence meets experiential learning. This transformative summer program integrates robotics, AI, design thinking, storytelling, and entrepreneurship.

Previously, he held leadership roles at Expertrons, Flintobox, and WhiteHat Jr, where he scaled teams, optimized sales processes, and led training for large cohorts.
