Our Story

HOAG began with a vision to transform learning in India beyond traditional rote learning to embrace creativity and real-world exploration. Founded on the principle of bringing Ivy-league-quality learning to India, HOAG emerged from discussions with experts who recognised the need for critical thinking and hands-on learning.

Through its various programs HOAG creates a space where academic excellence meets experiential learning. The programs integrate robotics, AI, design thinking, storytelling, and entrepreneurship.

Adetya VN Chopra, HOAG's Founder & CEO, is a certified Business Strategy and People Analytics strategist. As the youngest CHRO of Motilal Oswal Financial Services, he specialises in building high-performing teams and driving organisational change through skilling-tech solutions.

Sucheta Malpani
Partner & Head of Operations

Sucheta Malpani, an alumna of Symbiosis College of Commerce, is a Senior Talent Manager with 15+ years of experience managing artists and 40+ global events, having recently led talent management at Yash Raj Films where she managed prominent Bollywood actors.
